Lindsay provides clinical and sport psychology services to athletes, combining her professional training with her experience as a former Division I athlete. She gets what it’s like to be in high-pressure environments and uses that insight, along with evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help athletes strengthen their mental game, manage stress, and recover from injury. She holds master’s degrees in Professional Counseling and Sport Psychology and is currently working toward her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

She works with athletes on everything from performance anxiety and injury recovery to motivation, confidence, and resilience. Lindsay also supports individuals navigating mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, and substance use. Her goal is to create a warm, empathic, and empowering space where people feel supported in working toward their mental health and performance goals, both in sport and in life.

When she’s not working, Lindsay enjoys working out, watching reality TV (especially Bravo), and spending time with her family.

Lindsay is available for in-person sessions in Bala Cynwyd, PA, or via telehealth for clients across Pennsylvania.
