Andrew Wolanin Psy.D. | Psychologist/Founder
Dr. Wolanin has been providing sport psychology services to athletes from the club to pro level for over a decade. He has published research in the areas of sport performance and mental health issues for athletes, and uses research to inform his work. He provides cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based interventions for athletes and focuses on mental skills and emotion regulation during performances, pre performance, as well as post performance. He also provides consultation to coaches and teams regarding management issues, team performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Dr. Wolanin also provides individual interventions for anxiety and depression. He implements cognitive behavioral interventions that include mindfulness and acceptance based techniques to aid individuals in positive life changes.
Dr. Wolanin further provides specialized psychological assessment services for individuals and organizations. Each assessment is tailored for the referral question and uses current evidence based assessment techniques. Furthermore, he provides consulting services for organizations to improve effectiveness including risk assessment, performance, hiring, and retention.
Brook Crichlow Psy.D. | Psychologist
Dr. Crichlow is a licensed psychologist who has been providing psychological assessment services since 2004. He was trained at La Salle University’s clinical doctoral program with rotations in health psychology, cognitive assessment and evidenced based therapeutic practices. He he focuses on police and public safety psychology which involves pre-employment evaluations for law enforcement and first responder personnel and is a member of the fire services psychology association.He has worked in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, state forensic facilities, pain management, drug and alcohol treatment, and school settings.
